At the meeting, Director Wang of the Office of the China Electromechanical Chamber of Commerce introduced the relevant situation of the 2015 China Yiwu International Equipment Expo, encouraged enterprises to actively participate, and explained in detail the advantages of the exhibition and the preferential policies for the participation of Zhangjiagang plastic beverage machine enterprises. At the meeting, Secretary-General Gu gave an introduction to the relevant situation of the Nanjing Trade Union Training, reminding all enterprises that the high-temperature fee payment must be strictly implemented. Regarding the issue of delaying the payment of wages by the enterprise, Chairman Gu said that if the enterprise is in real difficulties and the wages cannot be paid in time, it should convene a workers ’congress, explain the reasons to the workers’ representatives at the meeting, and pass the workers ’congress to report to the trade union federation. It is possible to postpone the issuance, but generally no more than three months are allowed. As for the payment of overtime and overtime wages to employees of enterprises, the minimum wage standard can also be stipulated when signing labor contracts with employees, but they must be democratically negotiated by employees and reported to the labor inspection department for record. At the meeting, Chairman Gu emphasized that each enterprise should have its own trade union, and the trade union should have its own normal activities, including convening staff congresses every year, or inviting trade union federations to participate together.
Then the leaders of various enterprises exchanged and reported the development and operation of the enterprise in the first half of the year. General Manager Zheng of Lianda Machinery stated that the company has been focusing on waste plastic recycling equipment. He believes that there is still a lot of room for doing fine work. General Manager Chen of China Machinery said that this year's business situation is stable and there is still some growth, mainly to maintain old customers, and old customers will also introduce new customers.

General Manager Xu of Tongda Machinery said that the overall situation is similar to last year, but it may be reduced a little. Mr. He from Bell Machinery stated that it is necessary to pay attention to the positioning of the customer group, not to fight the price war, but to improve the quality, brand and after-sales. What we do is mid-to-high-end products. We will not compete with low-cost competition. We will compete with foreigners’ products. Without competition, we will not make progress.
