In order to let employees fully feel the festive atmosphere of the Dragon Boat Festival and feel the warmth of the home, the day before the Dragon Boat Festival, the employees of various departments were organized in the canteen on the first floor to carry out dumplings activities. The peaceful and festive atmosphere spent the festival.
Zongye, glutinous rice, peanuts, red dates, and cotton rope are neatly placed on the table. Everyone gathers together to communicate with each other and teach different methods and techniques. I also invited several elderly employees and family members in the cafeteria to give on-the-spot guidance. From picking zongye, folding leaves, filling rice, putting stuffing, forming, and wrapping threads, the movements were orderly and very brisk. But most of the employees who have no experience of making dumplings are in a hurry, and the wrapped dumplings come in all shapes and sizes. The administrative department divided the employees who came to participate into three groups, and the procedures were carried out in an orderly manner. In a few moments, everyone changed the rice dumplings and glutinous rice into lovely and different shapes of rice dumplings. Everyone was talking, laughing, and wrapping around the table, and the whole making rice dumplings scene was full of laughter and joy.
