Three-layer PPR one-out two-extrusion system-increasing production

 SSE65 / 33 extruded the middle layer, SSE55 / 33 extruded the inner and outer layers, all using 1:33 screw barrel, the color line is 25/25 extruder.  The entire line is controlled by PLC, and all auxiliary machine information is collected in the main electric cabinet, which is operated by a mobile control platform.  Through the mobile operating platform, you can monitor the entire production line and implement control.

 Energy saving and noise reduction

 Extrusion motors use permanent magnet synchronous motors. The energy consumption of this motor is 8% -10% energy saving compared with ordinary three-phase asynchronous motors, and the current noise generated is also better than ordinary motors.  And the price of this motor has not been greatly improved, which has really saved production costs for customers. Frequency conversion is used to control the vacuum pressure in the vacuum system of the vacuum box. It is convenient for parameter control of auxiliary machine. At the same time, the corresponding products can be digitally produced, which greatly reduces the airflow noise generated during vacuuming (the main noise source in production).
