In recent years, younger quantitative mineral water bottles have been widely implemented in the beverage industry. Light-weight bottles have many advantages and have attracted much attention and favor from the beverage industry.

近几年轻量化矿泉水瓶，在饮料行业广泛推行，轻量化瓶子有着诸多优点，备受饮料行业关注和青睐。

1. The cost of raw materials is reduced by 30.59%.

 Conventional water bottle: The mouth (3025 mouth) weighs about 3.9 grams. Generally, a 500mL mineral water bottle is blown, and a 17-gram preform is used.  Lightweight water bottle: The mouth (2925 mouth) weighs 2.52 grams, blows 500mL mineral water bottle, the preform weighs only about 11.8 grams.

Saving raw materials: 17-11.8 = 5.2 (grams), which means saving raw material costs by 30.59%.

 2. Power consumption is reduced by 26%.

 The energy consumption of preform heating has been reduced. Take FG4 (4 mold cavities) as an example: conventional 500ml 17g mineral water bottle, 7200 bottles per hour heating preform consumes 23KW; lightweight 1ml 500ml water bottle  7200 bottles of preforms consume only 17KW per hour.

 Saving power consumption per hour: 23-17 = 6 (KW), saving electricity costs by nearly 26.08%.
