The Latest Research and Development of PVC Split Two-piece Chipless Pipe Line

　

Our company has recently developed a new type of PVC two-piece split-free pipe line, which is the same as the previous PVC one-piece two-pipe line. We have added a split vacuum box, upgraded the cutting part, etc.

The split vacuum box greatly improves the operation efficiency in use. If there is a disconnection of the pipe on one side, the two sides have to be readjusted in the past. After the split vacuum box, the customer has achieved true correct operation on each side, without affecting each other, greatly improving energy efficiency and bringing better economic benefits to customers.

The newly upgraded PVC chipless cutting machine breaks the three major drawbacks of the old knife-lifting cutting machine, such as large dust, uneven edges, and chamfering, which makes the customer's production workshop cleaner and the customers' products more beautiful and competitive.
