Molding
1. Add different raw materials to the high-speed mixer according to the recipe, mix and extrude through the extrusion molding machine, and then integrally molded by the three-roll calender molding unit, and the surface is covered with a polymer with marble texture. The marble pattern is printed on the surface by film or thermal transfer process, and then the finished substrate is accurately cut by the cutting machine.
